Talkin’ ’bout my Federation

I know it’s possible to say anything on the internet. I’ve told you I’m a female martial artist in NYC, but I could be a 6’4″ dude from Kalamazoo. (I’m neither a dude nor anywhere close to 6’4″, and I’ve never been to Kalamazoo. Promise.)

But words only mean so much. Actions speak louder, as we all know, and these actions are shouting in your ear.

The first two videos are teasers for a series that my Krav Maga school produced to demonstrate basic self-defense techniques.

And this is the video that made us realize we needed to do a women’s video: footage from several belt tests.
